Fun & activities at Highside Playing Fields from 10am.

10am | Runners warm-up 😅
Join the runners for a warm-up with Carrie before they tackle the Crackpots Trail Run at 10.30.

10-3pm | Forest school 🌲
Mud kitchen area for amazing mud pie creations, mud cafe area with seating and chalkboard, muddy scales & mud painting with hammering/craft area. Plus campfire for toasting marshmallows at 1pm.

10.30am | Crackpots Trail Run 🏅
The award-winning trail run for runners of all abilities with a mixed terrain route starting at Highside Playing Fields. Join the warm-up at 10, cheer the runners off at 10.30, have a coffee and watch the first finishers back just after 11!

12 noon | Open mic 🎸
A mix of music from local musicians including TJ Anderson.

12.30pm | Crackpots Trail Run prizes
Cash prizes for the fastest male, female, local & club plus spot prizes.

1pm | George Appleyard 🎵
Sing along classics from the likes of Oasis, Foo Fighters, Stereophonics, Fleetwood Mac and more!

2pm | Dirty Trix 🎸
The best of our local talent, Dan, Ray, Josh & Pete will be entertaining the crowds with a mix of rock and blues.

3pm | DJ Rory Hoy 🎛️
Rory's back! Multi award-winning local legend Rory will be bringing the afternoon music to a climax covering his usual eclectic mix of genres.

4pm | Dirty Trix 🎸🎸
The best of our local talent, Dan, Ray, Josh & Pete will be entertaining the crowds with a mix of rock and blues.

5pm | George Appleyard 🎵
Wind down with some popular and jazz saxophone classics.

All day | street food, coffee, barbeque & bar 🍕
Bring a picnic, grab a spot by the stage and listen to some music or grab a pizza, burger or try some street food - topped off with an icecream and coffee.

Games & activities 🏐
A selection of games throughout the afternoon.

Dog show 🐶
The dog show will be running throughout the day in the corner near the bowling club.

Artisan stalls & lots more 🧀
A variety of stalls including jewellery, paintings, soaps , candles, wood turned gifts, cards and lots more.
FAQs
Parking
Free parking will be available at Ivy Bank campsite (HG4 3SS) - please follow the 'Parking' signs as you enter the village. Stallholders will be able to park on Highside Playing Fields but must arrive before 10am as access will be closed from 10am for the run. There is also a footpath from the parking area to the festival that avoids walking on roads.
If Ivy Bank parking is full, you will be redirected to the overflow parking on the opposite side of the road.
Camping
For people wanting the full Saturday/Sunday festival experience, camping and unique glamping is available at Ivy Farm Staycation.
